This book ŒChemical Thermodynamics and Phase Rule˜ is the second issue in this series and intended for students, who are required to study the Thermal, Dynamic Chemistry and Phase Rule. The book is concerned in building a strong foundation in the Chemical thermody-namic and its principle. Attention is being given to practical applica-tions and solved examples.
This book includes ten chapters, consisting of two main parts: The first part has six chapters, starting with an introduction to thermodynamic, thermodynamics systems and processes, first law of thermodynamics, and its applications, thermo chemistry, entropy and the second law of thermodynamics and the last chapter of this part, entitled in ŒThe third law of thermodynamic and free energy˜. The second part is con-taining the remain four chapters as following: Phase Rule – Introduc-tion to phase rule, One component-systems, Two components-systems and Three components systems.
To help the students, the book deals with the principles of all inter-ested fields of thermo chemistry & Phase Rule, hoping that it will be useful and sufficient, particularly, for students who specialize in chem-istry.
